It is Valentine’s Day today. It’s a lovey dovey day for all the couples out there. This is the time where the guys will spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on ‘one’ girl. I think they should declare public holiday on Valentine’s Day so that the girl can use up half of the day going to Hair Saloon, Spa, Boutiques, Make-up Parlour etc while the guys will be able to shop for presents for their lovely girlfriends. But this is only a dream. Sigh…

After work I met up with my darling in our 2nd home, 1U for dinner. We are suppose to have dinner in Chilie’s Restaurant but there’s a long queue at the entrance and our name was in the waiting list. We have to wiat for more than an hour in order to get sitted. Too hungry. all the fancy restaurant i.e. TGIF, Italianis, Jack Place and even Nando and Secret Recipe has a long queue at the entrance. The only restaurant which is relatively empty is fast food restaurant such as McD, KFC, Chicken rice shop, Pizza Hut and etc.

We ended up having dinner in Zuup restaurant. The meal was ok. It’s a valentine meal for 2 for the price of RM79.90+ which is affordable. It comes with a starters i.e. soup then the main course of either chicken mushroom or steak, dessert i.e. brownies with apricot ice cream which taste more like cough syrup. It even comes with a bottle of grape wine and a teddy for the ladies.
So instead of spending hundred of dollars in Chilie’s we decided to go economical. The most important thing is that we had a great time together.
