Another day spent in TAMCO alone. I have so many things to catch up. I have to follow up with the documents which I didn’t manage to get from the client. So today I have to bug them in order to get from them without wasting time. I manage to get some but not all. At least I can get some things done here.

Before lunch, I was so busy searching for documents. But after lunch I was kinda free. It’s not that I’ve completed my work, but waiting for client to get the documents I requested. That’s hwy I’m so free updating my blog. Hehehehe…

Well, in fact I’m feeling happy today coz it’s already Friday. Yay!!!! Weekends are finally here. And it will be a long weekend since Monday and Tuesday is a public holiday. At last I can experience labour day. Yeap… labour day… hahahahah… really really look forward to the weekends.

I’m so lonely today as there is no one to work with. I’m all alone in client’s place. My senior is still outstation and my colleague yesterday went on study leave. So here I am all alone. But I don’t feel my loneliness tho. I was so busy working that I don’t have time for lunch. I just have a quick lunch at 2pm. Went to the canteen to get some food to eat. And you know what… my lunch only cost me 90 cent. This is even cheaper than that day. I was practically running up and down to get all the documents I need. Doing lots of photocopying and searching through the files. Time really flies. Before I knew it, it’s already 6pm. It is so jam when I left the office. It took me bout an hour and the half to reach home.

After bathing and ate my dinner, I have to resume my work. Have to compile everything to my laptop. It’s so messy. So many paperwork. Luckily I’m an organize person, if not I bet my room will be filled with papers.

Today both my senior left to overseas for audit job. One went to Singapore and the other one to Hong Kong. And I was being dump to Bandar Sri Damansara with another colleague. I’m supposed to go there to help her to do the system testing. But she already completed 7788. So basically I do nothing there. That Bandar Sri Damansara is a ulu place. If you ask me to drive there I really don’t know how to get there. Luckily we meet in the office and she drove there.

Throughout the whole day I was just chit-chatting with her. I really have nothing to do. She also doesn’t know what to let me work on. So I was there goyang kaki lar. Hehehehe… We left at 6pm. Then back to the Menara Milenium (Office). Pick up my car and then have to go fetch my mum because her car was sent to the workshop for service. We reach home at 7.30pm. I was so tired. Driving in the jam is not a good idea.

Today is my first day in client’s place doin audit work. The company’s name is TAMCO Holdings. It’s situated in PJ section 13. It’s a huge company with many subsidiaries. I’m here with 2 of my senior. They are ok. They gave me a file and ask me to work on it. All I know is that I’m suppose to do some substantive testing of walkthrough and system testing. I have no idea how to do it. I sit there starring at the file they gave me. I was so blur.

Before I know it, it’s already lunch hour. I follow my senior to section 20 I guess. And guess what… my lunch only cost me RM1.90. Cheap leh. Hehehehehe…. I ate chee cheong fun. That’s why it’s so cheap. After lunch, it’s back to work. I still have no idea what to do. So practically the whole day I’m just sitting there starring at the file.

At last, weekend is finally here. Was looking forward to weekends. I’m so active today. After lunch I went swimming in Bukit Jalil then immediately after that went to Plaza Pheonix for badminton.

It has been a while since I played badminton in Plaza Pheonix. Last time used to go there almost every Saturday. But since many of them left for Australia, I seldom go there.

The badminton game was with my little bro, Benny and Aaron. My little bro didn’t play much. He doesn’t want to play. So most of the time I’m playing with Aaron. Then during the game, there’s this guy came to us wanted to join us. He wanted to play with Aaron. So I allow him to since I’m exhausted. This guy look weird. I just don’t like the way he talks. There’s just something bout him that I dislike. When he is done playing with Aaron, he pulls a chair and sits next to us (Benny n I). Then he started talking crap to my bro.

After a while, he went to get himself a coke. And do you know how he drinks the coke? He took a sip and then aaahhhhh loudly and takes another sip and aaahhhh again and again and again. What is he trying to do? Trying to tell us that he’s drinking coke?

Then when I was playing with Aaron, he taught Benny how to pick up shuttle using racquet. He says if he practices it for a week, he will be able to do so. Berlagak betul that fella. Some more he says that he used to play badminton for 8 hours everyday. Some more he ask so many question to Benny. Ask him who are us la… who is Aaron la.. what’s Aaron’s race la… so many things.. why is he so ‘pat’? he’s a total stranger alright. I feel so awarkward with his presence there. What is he trying to do huh? Trying to be friendly? Hmmm… I really have no idea. We left the place before our times up and head to mamak shop for makan.

Induction begins today. The induction is so boring. All we did was just browse through some notes on independent issues and risk management. But the best part is the makan time. Almost every 2 hours we have makan break. Eat and resume and eat and resume again. Once the person in charge calls it a day all of us are so relived that it finally ended. We can’t wait to leave that place. And furthermore it’s so cold in that room. All of us are having frost bite.

After the induction, I met up with Aaron in Naillis’ Sentul for dinner. Just to relax myself and have a time-off.

Woke up early as usual. But today I don’t need to go to office. I’ll be having an induction in Komplex Antarabangsa in Jalan Sultan Ismail. I have no idea where is Komplex Antarabangsa. So I meet my colleague in the Dang Wangi LRT station. So from there we walked all the way to Komplex Antarabangsa. And you know what? It turns out to be that Komplex Antarabangsa is next to Wisma Genting. So can you imagine how far we walked early in the morning? So we took that as our morning walk.

Then we reach Komplex Antarabangsa at last. And another incident happen. You know what happen next? The whole building blackout. No electricity. Thanks to TNB the induction is postponed to the next day. So all of us have to go back to the office or to their respective client’s office. And most of us didn’t bring our notebook along, so we have to go all the way home just to pick up the notebook and back to the office. What a hassle…

Then we resume our job when we reach back to our respective office. And all I did the whole day is basically amending accounts as usual. Leave the office at 5:30pm.

Second day in EY, before lunch there still ain’t any job for me. Met the manager in the morning and after that I just sat in the hotdesking browsing the web and chatting thru ICQ. Hahahaha.. yeap.. I chatted… shhh.. I curi-curi chat. Was chatting with my boyfriend till lunch time. I was there all alone coz my colleague was assigned to a job. So she has to go to client’s place immediately.

After lunch, I was asked to help some senior amend the accounts. It was an easy task. Just check on the spelling mistake, typing error and the spacing. Hmmm…. That’s the job of the day basically.

Today is my first day of work in Ernst & Young (EY). I’m really looking forward to work in EY. It sounds interesting working in EY minus the overtime and the hassle of going to client’s place.

Reach the office at 8:30am. There are 8 of us (new recruit). 7 in audit / assurance department and 1 in tax department. We were given briefing before lunch. After lunch one of my new colleague and me was just sitting down playing with our laptop and exploring the EY building. Basically that’s our job of the day.

Didn’t go anywhere today. Wanna take a day off before I start work. Furthermore mum warns me not to go out coz I need to go collect my brand new car. Yay!! My very new kelisa baby. Been waiting for this moment for ages and it finally arrives. Muahahahha!!!

In the morning I bathe my dog as usual. Then ‘un-flea’ him. While doin so, my mum came home and that dog was standing in front of my mum’s car when she’s trying to park the car in. so I have to drag him to the side so that he was not knock down by the car. And you know what? That stupid dog bit my hand. My hand bleed ok… and it was painful. Tears came rolling down my cheek. Hate that dog. Treat him so nice and yet he bit me. How could he do that? No more bathing and ‘un-flea’ him. My mum asks me to let him go in the wild. But it’s such a pitiful thing to do since he has been with our family for 10 years going to 11 years. Which means that he is already 70 years old in dog year.

After that incident I got a letter from EY regarding the dress code and stuff like that. It seems that I don’t have any clothes that matches the dress code. So I have no choice to go out to do some shopping. Luckily my mum is on leave today coz she has to take my grandmother for check-ups. If not I have no idea how to get my clothes last minute coz tomorrow is already my first day of work. So we went to the Sg. Besi butik. I think you guys know where is it. That shop is huge ok… last time used to be a very small shop upstairs now it has taken the whole of the former tobacco company building. Bout a couple of clothes form there and the total amount cost bout RM300. Whoa… I got a shock ok… RM300 for a few pieces of clothes. I guess my first month salary will be spent on more clothes.

After shopping I was so eager to get my new car. It turn out that my new car plate’s number is WLS 337. Nice number right? According to Aaron, WLS stands for World Lesbian Society. Hahahaha… the car is so tiny. It’s so easy to drive and furthermore it’s an auto car. Coz usually I drove a manual car and never really drove an auto car before. It’s so easy to park too. Hmm… do you think I should give my very own Kelisa a name? Hahahaha… can’t think bout any right now tho. Any of you out there have any suggestions?

today is only my actual 21st birthday. I spent my birthday in the national zoo with Aaron and my so-called ‘relatives’. Hahahahaa… there’s so many animals to explore. It has been years since I go to the zoo. It’s nice to visit that place again. I feel like a kid again. I remember going there with my parents. It’s such a perfect place to celebrate my birthday. Furthermore it’s my 21st birthday. It’s a birthday to remember.

Happy birthday to you… you are born in the zoo… etc etc…(I can’t remember the rest of the song) that’s a birthday song sang by May Ann to me. Hahahahaha… it really suit me tho coz I celebrated my birthday in the zoo.

One embarrassing thing happens to me while I’m in the zoo. I was rushing to take a photo of the peacock and I trip and fell. So embarrassing. Furthermore I fell in front of a tourist family. People say that if you see a peacock open up their feathers it’s a sign of good luck. But I think it just doesn’t apply to me. Luckily I didn’t get cut or hurt. Really embarrassing. Sigh….

Oh yeah… I manage to pet a 100 years old tortoise. I think its 100years old, the huge fella. His shell is really hard and its skin is rough and soft. You should see the way he moves… its really slow man… no wonder they say as slow as a tortoise. Hahahaha…

Had my lunch in Merry Brown. Couldn’t find KFC. I think KFC already ‘chap lap’. Merry Brown is the only restaurant there. Nothing else. We ordered a chicken burger set. The price is around RM11.56. I gave RM51.56 so that they don’t need to change back coins to me. They just need to give me back my balance of RM40 right. And you know what the cashier said… she said sangat susah and took only the RM50 and give me the respective change. I so geram ok… some more I’m so hungry at that time so I just forgive her and get seated. We waited for so long for them to serve us food. Furthermore there aren’t much people around. After waited for so long…the food finally came. And you know what… it’s not what we’ve ordered. It turns out to be fish burger. Sigh… what else can I say… they have such a bad service. Furthermore it’s a tourist place. How could they employ such employee?

Well, basically that’s the story bout my trip to the zoo on my 21st birthday. It’s a birthday to remember.

Went to Berjaya complex for swimming. Never been to that place before. Went there with Aaron and my lil bro. Aaron is a Berjaya member , that’s why I’m able to enter. That place is much better than Bukit Jalil golf and country resort although Berjaya is smaller.

I’ve not been in a swimming pool for quite sometime. It feels so nice to be into one although I have no idea how to swim. But I had a great time soaking and splashing water. It’s so fun to see that by lil bro and Aaron actually playing in the water. It’s nice to see both of them able to get along. Hahahaha….

Celebrated my 21st birthday earlier by 3 days. Had a birthday party in my house today. Invited a couple of friends over. I had a great time. Never been this happy during my birthday before. I can say that this is my first birthday party in my life. I had one when I was 16 years old tho. But that is a small little birthday party. Only invited my secondary friends over. But this is different. Practically all my close friends attended except for those who are in overseas. Nothing fancy… just some home cooked food and some rojak, which I bought from the rojak stall in sri petaling. We just sat and chit-chat. Some of them booked my brohter’s playstation 2. hahahaha… I think I’m a bad host. Coz I don’t know who to entertain. I think I made a mistake coz all my friends are separated into 3 groups. One is my primary friends, the other one is my secondary friends and lastly my college friends. So they just mix around with their respective group.

But overall I manage to handle them. Hahahah… I was so busy today. Never been this busy before. Everyone is hollering my name. They are such great friends for turning up in my birthday party. I really appreciate their attendance especially May Ng. She purposely came down from Singapore yesterday just to attend my birthday party and goes back to Singapore tomorrow. Thank you May Ng!!

Someone is nice enough to put up some fireworks display especially for my birthday. Whoever it is... Thank you so much. Hahahaha.. I don’t think my friends are generous enough to put up a fireworks display for my birthday party. It’s too costly. Just that it’s so happen that they are having a function in Bukit Jalil stadium and they display fireworks. And from my house we are able to enjoy the beautiful view. The fireworks fascinate some of my friends. It’s such a beautiful sight. What a coincidence.

Later that night, one of my friend’s friend came to pick him up. When the car stops in front of my house… it broke down. The car could not be started again. Poor thing… and some more he said that the car has just been service. They tried to jump start the car… but I don’t think it work… they tried pushing the car so that it could get started. Well, I think that worked… it took them bout close to half an hour to get the car started again.

I have lots of wonderful presents too… thanks a lot. Really love them. I got some jewelry, an optical mouse, 3 little pigs soft toy, an engraved pen, some clothes, birthday cards and some car accessories. Thanks again!!! But then nothing can beat the present from my parents. Wanna know what present I got from them? I got a car. That’s right… a CAR!! Muahahahaha!!!! But just too bad that the car has not arrive yet. It think the car will be arriving on my actual birthday. Let’s just hope so.

In actual fact I’ve never had so many people singing birthday song to me. I feel so ‘han fuk’ to have such wonderful friends and not forgetting my boyfriend and my family for allowing me to have this wonderful party. Thank you so much guys. Muacks!! Love ya!!

hmmm... nothing much happen today tho... woke up in the morning.. bathe my dog, Mickey then bathe myself... then had an early lite brunch at 11.30am. after that help Mickey to catch fleas while waiting for my bf to arrive to go out for lunch. after lunch we went to careffour to jalan-jalan then decided to have a walk in the bukit jalil park. i bought a loaf of bread to feed the hungry fishes and tortoises. it turn out that the water there is contaminated... pity those fishes there.. last time there used to have carp fishes but now they are all gone.. left the catfishes and the tortoises. i don't like the catfish... they are just so greedy... furthermore their mouth are so huge. pity those tortoises who are slow in nature... can't get a good bite at the food.

after feeding them... we visited the 'laman antarabangsa'. if you have been to that park, you'll know what i mean. visited england, japan, peru, china, indonesia, canada, malaysia, etc... the park is so empty... all i could see is only the gardeners and a few joggers. we spent bout 2 hours there sitting under the pondok.. chit-chatting... and today is a beautiful day.. very windy.. not hot.. luckily we left just in time before the rain starts to pour. it's really a wonderful day for me to spent time with my bf.

i just tender my resignation letter to the logistic company in Sri Petaling. what a sad case. start work yesterday and resign today. but from my one day observation, i can see that there ain't much thing to learn and do there. so i guess i made the right choice to leave this company and join EY.

resigning from a job is such a scary thing to do. everyone there treat you differently when they know that you are gonna resign. their facial expression change completely. i was being questioned by the company's financial controller Mr. Raymond. he is scary man. he freaks me out. through the one-to-one conversation all i could see is that he wants me to stay. but i don't feel like staying. there ain't any bright prospect in that company and i'm sure i can gain more in EY. i hope i did make a right choice bout leaving the company. i feel so bad for leaving the company jz like that.

my 1st day of work in a small logistic company in sri petaling all i can say is that the staff there are nice especially the account's department staff. but it is a boring day for me as i have nothing to do. all i did was just review their accounts, their payment voucher and taught hoe to issue cheque and keying the transactions into the computer. but practically all i did the whole day was just reviewing the accounts. i'm glad that Aaron came to accompany me for lunch. so thoughtful of him to come.

i have one great news to announce. i got a job offer from Ernst & Young. i'm so happy (for the moment that is). after all the waiting and interviews, i finally got into EY. i'll be starting work on 15 april, which means i still have time to enjoy before i really really put every part of myself into the job. i hope i can survive in EY. i know it's a tough life working in EY and i'm sure that my social life will be down the drain. i'm really worried bout my relationship with Aaron. hope there ain't any changes in that. when i heard that i got the job offer in EY i'm so happy. feel like telling the whole world bout it. wish me luck in EY guys...

today is my BIG day. well, it's not what you are thinking. it's not ringing bells but it's my convocation. i am now an official degree holder - BA (HONS) ACCOUNTING & FINANCE. i got a 2nd upper division which i didn't expect. my expectation was only a 2nd lower division but thank GOD for blessing me with a 2nd upper. i kinda regretted for not studying harder in order to achieve a 1st class because 4 of my close friends got 1st class honour. so, i felt a little left out today among my friends but deep down inside me, i'm really happy for my results.

my convo was held in Shangri-La hotel. it's really grand. our deputy prime minister, Datuk Seri Najib's wife, Datin Sri Dato' Rosmah Mansor was there to present the scroll's. there's about over 1,000 graduates graduating today. i'm so proud that my course got the highest 1st class scorers and out of 6, 4 of them are my close friends. i'm so proud of them.

sadly to say that my dad didn't attend the convo. only my mum and lil bro attended. seeing those graduate with bf/gf makes me really jealous and sad. but i'm glad that my bf came last minute. all my friends got nice and lovely bouquet of flowers and i don't. sob..sob.. but who cares bout the flowers. the most important thing is the certificate right. flowers sooner or later will 'layu'.

at night me and my bf sort of celebrated it in Naili's Sentul. i love that place so much. it's such a romantic place minus the mosquitoes there. we even have companion in Naili's. a little friend of ours decided to join us for dinner. our little friend is such a cutic with a pathetic look. hahaha... wanna know who os our little cutie pathetic friend? well, it's just a stray cat. LOL!!! i'm really very happy today. will never forget this memorable day...

woke up real early to attend the 2nd interview with Ernst & Young. been prepared with my interview script. was hoping to be able to answer the interview questions and not to make the same mistake in KPMG's where i was tounge-tied.

i walked to EY from my college with confidence. took the lift all the way to 23rd floor of Menara Milenium. step my foot into EY with a smiling and cheerful face. waited patiently for half an hour for my interviewer, Ms Lee Su Fern. we entered into a big cold deserted room. we sat down and introduced ourself. and the next ting you know it... we are chatting. can you believe it? hahahah... we chatted bout my promoting stuff... you know.. hte Scott toilet tissue with free cute little teddy bears? hahaha... she's a really nice person. we practically chat throughout the whole interview. i didn't realise that it was the interview until it ended. well, now i hope is that i get teh job offer. you know how i wanted this job badly? the salry is good, it's an established company internationally known, gets a laptop but it's a tough job in there. got to work around the clock including saturdays and sundays. hmm... do you think i can survive in EY?? i hope i can...

woke up extreamly early today just to reach one utama early to be one of the first 100 CLEO readers to redeem Loreal prducts worth RM50. i reach one utama at 10.30am. and guess what... they said that it's all given out. no more already... damn!! how could that be? it's 10.30am in the morning and all 100 given out? i think they are cheating. i think the staff took it all for themselves... CHEATER!!! LIAR!!! PENIPU!!! hehehehe....

then during lunch we ate burger king. Aaron was so sad... i could see that... he don't have the appetite to eat. i ask him why.. he say it was b'coz of me. he said that i'm starting work on monday which is 3 days away. coz we cannot see each other so often... there's so many things we can't do anymore... it's such a sad case... haih.. but what to do... sooner or later i still have to work... so we have to accept the fact. if we are strong.. nothing will change.. right Aaron?? hehehe...
